Don’t read /etc/passwd directly

Bug Description

byobu reads /etc/passwd directly in /usr/bin/byobu-launcher-install and /usr/lib/byobu/whoami; this fails for nonlocal users (NIS, LDAP, Hesiod, etc.). This patch makes it use the getent binary (from libc-bin) to read the passwd entries through NSS.
