Bug Description

Implement new Dash design!

Description:

This is a short description for a big change! Rather than a long explanation of the design, look (and print off) the attached screenshots and then walk through the use cases that transverse most of the Dash functionality (see the Use Case Mapper link below). Then ask questions, and I will endeavor to update this bug with answers.

After the first new dash alpha is ready to review, more bugs will be opened as we refine the implementation.

Ok, so let us review all of the elements in the specification. We'll probably split features into individual bugs, in particular to share some tasks that involve Software Center extensions to let us trigger a package install.

The Dash visual implementation still has a lot of outstanding issues, but this bug is closed as it makes sense to track these items as individual bugs.
