Evolution crashes when I:
- double-click on the calendar to make a new appointment
- click on File->New->Appointment
- click on File->New->Task
- right-click on an existing appointment
- double-click on an existing appointment

Found a possible fix in correctly filling/retrieving categories for the name selector.
