A test case would really help. Otherwise it's incomplete unless Tim can find something in the stacktraces.

David, as Jason mentioned above, the stack traces attached to this bug don't match the error that has been reported in any way. Without reproducibility on our side or a valid stack trace, it is very hard to track.
