Bug Description

I've downloaded the CD of Kubuntu (Dapper Drake and Edge) and i've installed it on my computer.

My configuration is:
hda: Maxtor 6y080l0 (80 gb)
hdb: plextor dvd writer px-708a
hdc: Maxtor 6y120l0 (120 gb)
hdd: hl-dt-st dvd-rom gdr8160b

On first hard disk I have:
hda1: swap (510 mb)
hda2: windows (20gb) ntfs
hda4: /boot (110mb) ext3
hda5: windows data (20gb) ntfs
hda6: windows/gnu linux shared data (5 gb) fat32
hda7: root (2gb) ext3
hda8: /home (10gb) ext3
hda9: /usr (9gb) ext3
hda10: /var (9gb) ext3
hda11: /opt (706mb) ext3

On second hard disk instead:
hdc5: windows data (120 gb) ntfs

When I launch installer from cd with all partitions on hda, it scans hard disk but does not list any partition in the image (http://img89.imageshack.us/img89/9526/snapshot2aa0.png) and if i click on next the installer crashes.

If i delete all gnu/linux partitions except for swap and boot, the installer works correctly (http://img144.imageshack.us/img144/5285/snapshot1it3.png).

The same happens if I disconnect the second hard disk.

If it's relevant, QTParted works perfectly.

Are you using dapper or edgy?

Are you using the alternate cd or the live cd?

Either dapper and edgy show the problem reported. Now I'm using edgy.
Yes, it's live cd installer.

I notice that partition numbers I reported and the ones in the second screenshots are differents.
