Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

Using unity 3.2.14 in natty, you can press the super key to display the launcher, that's handy if you want to see what softwares did just claim your attention for example, it would be nice if the launcher would go hidding when you release the key rather than waiting some seconds though in those cases

Not waiting for the one extra second is definitively doable, but needs design input and maybe be coherent with the effect you have when you hover the ubuntu logo and move the mouse outside of it (and the launcher).

It's not some extra seconds, just one for the record (the launcher just stay drawn as long as you push the super key + 1 extra second before hiding if your mouse isn't on top of it)

Here's design guidance:

 - the Launcher should be visible for at least a second
 - if the user has held Super for more than a second, so it's been
visible for that length, it can disappear as soon as Super is released

So, the instant Super is pressed we can determine the earliest time it
should disappear (one second later), and if Super is held longer than
that, then releasing Super should hide the launcher immediately.
