libpng.so.3 missing for 32 bit apps

Bug Description

I was installing an application that required the 32 bit compatibility libs on a 64 bit system. The library that was needed was /usr/lib32/libpng.so.3

It turns out that this should be a link to /usr/lib32/libpng12.so.0. Installing this link fixed the issue, but I would suggest that when the package libpng3 is installed then the link should be installed at the same time.

These files are provided not by the libpng package, but by ia32-libs. Reassigning.
