  * Merge from Debian.
   + Fixes upgradeprovision crash. LP: #728840
   + Move libwinbind-client.so required by python-samba to
     libsamba-hostconfig0. LP: #713532
  * Add upstart job.
  * Bump standards version to 3.9.2.
