This driver only exists on i386. The amd64-agp.ko module is what you need on
an AMD64 machine.

So where is amd64-agp.ko? This is all agp drivers what I have installed
with kernel package.

It's built directly into the kernel image.

ubuntu-2.6.git/debian/config/amd64% grep AGP_ config
