Bug Description
Binary package hint: libcommons-
This package does not currently generate and install Maven artifacts to /usr/share/
I need this so that I can work on packaging Jenkins for Ubuntu which requires Java libraries to be available to its Maven based build system.

- debian/rules: install maven artifacts and new target to retrieve
original POM file.
