The man page for time(1) has duplicated lines. I am running time 1.7-21.

Debian is aware of this bug since more than one year and didn't applied the patch yet.
I have prepared a trivial debdiff, just for the sake of the "really-fix-it" effort.

This bug was fixed in the package time - 1.7-21ubuntu1

  * debian/time.1: remove two duplicated lines in manpage (LP: #71778).
  * Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
    specification.
