Bug Description

To reproduce:

- Open multiple applications
- Hit Alt+F1 to activate the launcher
- Use up and down arrow keys to select an appication that's not in front
- Hit Enter to bring the selected application to front (above all other windows)
- Type something

The window that was previously still receives the keyboard input. I'd expect the selected window that's now in front to receive input.
