Bug Description

Binary package hint: mcollective

The mcollective server requires a stomp server as its middleware. rabbitmq doesn't provide a stomp interface by default.

However there is a stomp plugin: http://www.rabbitmq.com/plugins.html#rabbitmq-stomp

Having the plugin (and its dependencies) available in the archive and installed by mcollective-middleware would help deploying a mcollective infrastructure from scratch.

However, we should now have mcollective-middleware package runtime depend on rabbitmq-stomp.

Uploaded to natty for release team review. Marking high, as mcollective-middleware isn't really functional without stomp. Hopefully it gets accepted for Natty.
