Bug Description

As Andreas Pakulat stated in debian-user-german, the debian mozilla-thunderbird package is patched to allow the usage of the reply-to-list extension:

  * Apply patch which introduces ReplyToList MessageType. This is
the base to allow extensions that provide ReplyToList button to
get installed. Thanks to Armin Berres <email address hidden>
for pointing out this unintrusive patch. (Closes: 381273)

It would be great if this patch could be integrated in ubuntu.
(It's too late to apply this in edgy right?) :-(

The missing reply-to list functionality is one of the biggest problems I see in Thunderbird and it is the source for many unwanted PMs that should have been mailinglist mails.

Thanks
