Need to notify user when Purchased Music folder is not subscribed

Bug Description
Currently if the Purchased Music folder is not subscribed to on the client, the My Downloads page appears to be stuck, waiting for files to download. We need to show a notification of some sort to the user, on the My Downloads page, if the folder is not subscribed, and provide a button which will subscribe the folder.
