Bug Description

user-data/ud-cloudconfig-01.txt contains
apt_sources:
 - source: ppa:ubuntu-on-ec2/ec2-tools
 - source: deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/alestic/ppa/ubuntu karmic main

and then tries to use these as part of the test (runurl from alestic).

Neither of those ppas will be guaranteed to have content for every suite.

The lack of suites for those ppas is causing 'apt-get update' failure.

The test case needs to be improved to use a ppa that is really explicitly for this.
