natty vgabios installs links into /usr/share/kvm

Bug Description
Binary package hint: vgabios
If you install vgabios before qemu-kvm, then since /usr/share/kvm already exists, qemu does not create it as a symlink to /usr/share/qemu, which is where qemu looks for bioses. So have vgabios install into /usr/share/qemu instead of /usr/share/kvm.
