FFe: please merge xfce4-mixer 4.8.0-1 from Debian experimental

Binary package hint: xfce4-mixer

Reason for FFe:
This version has bugfixes and brings the xfce4-mixer in line with the rest of the xfce 4.8 release. I have the ACK from xubuntu and mythbuntu to make this change so late in the cycle.
