Bug Description

"Expo" effect when clicking on application icon in Launcher is not very comfortable to select window.
I suggest you add a list of windows like in Docky - all windows of the same application should be in Launcher menu for this application.
When you click menu item selects a hidden window and moves them to the top.

Please see a possible implementation in comment #2.

This is important functionality, and I think this is the one of the reason so many users to switch KDE.
Is this so hard to implement? One year unity and it still missing.

I'm considering moving to KDE because of this, the expo is so slow! I can't wait that much for switching a window plus I cant dig around the whole screen for a window, seems Unity is stable and all but this is a huge no no plus I dont need another dock or something to manage windows! Unity has that in functionality and it should do it in an efficient way, shouldn't it?

I don't like the "mockup" of comment #2.
Unity should keep showing window previews, but in a different way. Windows 7 behaviour is a lot better here.
The mockup in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/740862/comments/3 is a lot better.
