[feisty] kuser ui is broken

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kuser

When I launch kuser (either via sudo or kdesu), the ui si totally broken. If I launch it from the command line, I get the following message :

kuser: WARNING: KXMLGUIClient::setXMLFile: cannot find .rc file kuserui.rc

The file is in "/usr/share/apps/kuser/" but after running kuser, the file was renamed 'kuserui.rc.backup', attempt launching a second time, same complain but the file is now renamed as 'kuserui.rc.backup.backup' and so on if you continue to launch.

kuser is not usable, no buttons, no menus.

I can confirm this. Same outcome with Feisty and KDE 3.5.6.

I have still the problem with kde 3.5.7 on feisty... same problem with the 'kuserui.rc.backup'.

I've found a solution to the problem,

First as root rename the file "kuserui.rc.backup.*" in "kuserui.rc" in the directory /usr/share/apps/kuser/

Then as your user do,

~/.kde/share/apps/kuser$ cp -R /usr/share/apps/kuser/ ./

After this it works as expected.

I don't know if it happens in kde 4.1, but it does not in 3.5.x, at least after I did https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdeadmin/+bug/74037/comments/4

Works in Intrepid/with KDE 4.1.
