Bug Description
The utouch stack today operates on the principle that every gesture event has a transformation to be applied about a transformation point. The current libgrip code does not expose the transformation point in the pinch and rotate events.

I'm retracting the Feature Freeze exemption. It has come to my attention that the underlying data for this in grail is not correct, and we should push the fix off to oneiric.
