Description of problem:
Since few days avahi cannot start neither during system boot not manually:
# avahi-daemon --debug ssh.service. udisks. service.
Found user 'avahi' (UID 498) and group 'avahi' (GID 497).
Successfully dropped root privileges.
avahi-daemon 0.6.29 starting up.
Successfully called chroot().
Successfully dropped remaining capabilities.
