This bug was fixed in the package condor - 7.2.4-0ubuntu5

---------------
condor (7.2.4-0ubuntu5) oneiric; urgency=low

  * Build-depend on libclassad-dev rather than libclassad0-dev.
  * Remove hardcoded dependency on libclassad0. This is what shlibdeps are
    for.
  * Adjust terrifying libc version check to honour $DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH
    (LP: #749160).
  * Use the packaged version of imake; the one shipped with condor seems to
    be incompatible with current cpp, mishandling backslash continuations in
    Imakefile.
