This bug was fixed in the package hwinfo - 16.0-2ubuntu1

---------------
hwinfo (16.0-2ubuntu1) oneiric; urgency=low

  * Use pkg-config for D-Bus' cpp flags instead of hard-coding them
(LP: #749278). Patch by Simon McVittie.
  * as-needed.patch: fix FTBFS with --as-needed linker option.
