Bug Description
unity 3.8.2-0ubuntu1, Ubuntu Natty daily live 20110404
1. Mouse over the Ubuntu button.
What happens: The launcher starts coming out, but gets stuck part-way and stops.
What should happen: either
* the launcher comes out all the way, or
* it doesn't come out at all.
