Bug Description
Binary package hint: php5-dev
I am unable to install PDO support or any PDO drivers in PHP5.1.6 though PECL. Doing a "pecl install PDO" or a "pecl install PDO_PGSQL" compiles the PDO module, but when it goes to actually install it, PHP gives complains the 8M limit for scripts is exhausted (with ridiculously small memory amounts left to allocate) even though I've set the memory_limit var to 64 megs in the php.ini files for both the CLI and the Apache module versions of PHP...

This is with regards to the version of PHP that comes with Edgy, not Feisty. Can anyone responsible here fix this? (It's the first bug I report, sorry)
