Scrollbar does not work with vinagre

Bug Description

Binary package hint: overlay-scrollbar

When connected to a vnc server, the scrollbar has a gray color and when the mouse moves over the scrollbars, they don't change to active color and are not useable. The handle also does not appear. So no scrollbars for vinagre. :(

are you sure they don't appear if you move the mouse next to the pager? also, does it happen for fullscreen apps or every app?

yes, i am absolutly sure, that they don't appear.

The scrollbars don't move, they have no function. This only happens in vinagre when it is connected via vnc to another pc and scrollbars are displayed.

It didn't happen in any other apps. It has nothing to do with fullscreen apps.

oooh got it!
I thought you said that the scrollbar didn't work "inside vinagre" (so through the vnc server), but in reality they are not working in the vinagre app (and that's logic, because the mouse is "captured" by the vnc instance).
I will blacklist vinagre

attached branch to force native scrollbars in vinagre.
there's no way to fix that if not blacklisting it
