Bug Description

Binary package hint: openwsman

Seems like the package is missing a Build-Depends on libcimcclient0-dev; which causes the constraints for building the CIM plugin not to be met, and thus the plugin doesn't get built and added to the package.

  * debian/control: Add build-dep for libcimcclient0-dev, so that the CIM
    plugins gets built. (LP: #760835)
