Please merge dput 0.9.6.2 (main) from debian unstable (main)

If you look at the debdiff between the version in the archive and your suggested version you can see lots of space-only changes. Also if you run the new dput under 'python -tt' you will see that you mixed spaces and tabs. Can you please fix that?

This attached debdiff fixes the problem you pointed out.

Still the same problem.
 - there's still whitespace changes in the diff between the old version and your proposed new one
 - "python -tt dput" still gives me errors about mixing tabs and spaces

This other debdiff should finally fix the problem.
