Bug Description

Binary package hint: bcfg2-server

/etc/default/bcfg2-server allows users to set BCFG2_SERVER_OPTIONS, but the init script doesn't pass them on when starting the daemon

seen on natty, package version 1.1.1-2ubuntu1

see attached patch for a fix

the init script provided by upstream also doesn't have this problem: https://github.com/solj/bcfg2/blob/master/debian/bcfg2-server.init
