Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

NetworkManager 0.9 uses different status numbers to indicate whether it is connected or not. update-manager needs to support the new numbers.

A no-change rebuild will fix this for Liferea, but it also needs a port to libnotify 0.7 to build again. See bug #794010. Both bugs should be fixed at the same time with the attached debdiff.

I have a branch working with this for ubuntu one control panel I just need to fix the tests but im at a sprint at the moment so other distractions are happening. So it is fixed just needs fixing the tests. It will land next week probably.
