Bug Description
There's only a spanish translation for this package as you can see here:

For a consistent UI someone should consider translating the "Set as wallpaper.
If you tell me how to do it, I'll translate it into German ("Als Hintergrundbild festlegen"). This would be a great opportunity for me since it's only a bitesize bug and I wanted to get involved into fixing bugs but most of the other bugs were too complicated for me.
