iscsi is not enabled in omap4 kernels

Bug Description

Checking the config, it seems that iscsi is not enabled in the kernel. It blocks things like open-iscsi from working properly:

# CONFIG_ISCSI_BOOT_SYSFS is not set
# CONFIG_ISCSI_TCP is not set

Confirmed these options missing and inconsistant with master. Pushed patch to update these.
