KMail missing from search and launch

Bug Description

Now that we've moved to KMail2, the default settings need updating:

sal.writeConfig("url", "/usr/share/applications/kde4/KMail.desktop") needs to say KMail2.desktop.

Looks like a similar issue in Kickoff for plasma-desktop as the icon for kmail is missing there.

  * Drop kubuntu_netbook_favourites.diff, favorite setup is now done
    by kubuntu-settings. Also kubuntu-settings uses the correct kmail URI
