Bug Description

Thi is about Eclipse instaled from the repository and PyDev installed from the official site.

1. Launch Eclipse and maximise it.
2. Move to another screen.
3. Do stuff, and click on Eclipse icon in the Launcher to move to Eclipe's screen.
4. Eclipse does not respond to any keyboard commands, although it has focus. Remedy is sometimes minimising/resizing/maximising window.

PS
The similar thing happens in Chrome, but not often: the program does not respond to the arrow scrolling / spacebar -- unless resized/restarted.

the 3. step can also be replaced with the keyboard shortcut to switch the screen (stg+alt+arrow)

also this bug is not only dedicated to eclispe, another program where this bug occures often is Texmaker

This bug was also present in Ubuntu 10.04. Please assign it a high priority as it forces me to use Gnome 3, thanks.
