Bug Description

Attempt to install kdump-tools on an arm platform via the ports ppa and it will fail to find makedumpfile.

Looking through the makedumpfile sources, it appears the package is not being built for arm.

This package is a direct import from debian, but here is a debdiff that adds the armel architecture. It builds successfully, however I am still testing it to see if it works.
