Bug Description

rygel version 0.10.1-1 failed to build in oneiric

Details about the rebuild:
http://people.ubuntuwire.org/~wgrant/rebuild-ftbfs-test/test-rebuild-20110816-oneiric.html

This log snippet might be of interest, since it triggered the matcher 'Purging chroot-autobuild'.
Excerpt 1158 lines into the build log:

checking for UUID... yes
checking for LIBSOUP... no
configure: error: Package requirements (libsoup-2.4 >= 2.26.0
                           libsoup-2.4 <= 2.34.9999) were not met:

Requested 'libsoup-2.4 <= 2.34.9999' but version of libsoup is 2.35.5

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables LIBSOUP_CFLAGS
and LIBSOUP_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

Rygel checks for "max version" of build dependencies like libsoup which has been tested for API compatibility so that people building old releases on top of newer API-incompatible libraries don't run into problems.....

The max version of libsoup has been bumped in the current development release of Rygel which is expected to be released as a new major stable update soon (0.12)....

Fixing this build failure should be as easy as bumping the max version in configure.ac and running autoreconf .....
