Bug Description

In the event that one encounters a non-fatal error when performing a distribution upgrade when using update-manager it'd be quite useful if update-manager were to add the log files in /var/log/dist-upgrade for the reporter than having them add each one manually.

Additionally, by doing this for the reporter we can ensure that the attachments are named the same thereby making automated bug triage much simpler.
