fwts: S3/S4 pactl check is useless in current form

Bug Description

fwts_hwinfo_get() is running pactl and no subcommands of pactl, hence the data it generates is useless. I suspect it should be:

pactl list | grep Sink
pactl list | grep Source

rather than just pactl
