Bug Description

Currently the tests are installed to /usr/share/pyshared/tests. It would seem that the tests are not required to be installed onto a users system.

This is a problem with upstream's setup.py. I've submitted a pull request at https://github.com/rackspace/python-novaclient/pull/101
