Change on the at-spi accessibility-toolkit can affect also Unity

The Ubuntu oneiric at-spi-atk package is version 2.1.91, and we do not have any patches in that package, so whatever at-spi upstream has been changed to, we have also.

Confirmed, this change is affecting Unity as well.

That means: no a11y support at all, both on unity and the panel-service.

The good new is that the bug was already fixed on gnome-shell. Cooking a branch.
