icons do not play nice with XFCE

there are a lot of missing icons on the current theme, when used under XFCE.

This has been fixed in revision 59

we'll be using elementary as a base theme, and delete all the old icons (except for the logo)

Seems reasonable enough.. resolves bad theme with Gnome to XFCE transition. I assume you will make any Xubuntu documentation writers aware of this change, incase they have started with screenshots?
