FFe: u-boot-linaro 11.09, misc fixes for new silicon and boards

Only fix I still need to get and test is the one for 4460 ES1.1, John has all other changes in hands.

Being super paranoid I have pushed something with the proposed fixes to a ppa. It is building as I type this. If someone can try it out once it finishes building that would be wonderful.

Latest u-boot-linaro package is also used at Ubuntu Linaro 11.09 release, and fixes the following issues:
 - eMMC support for Blaze
 - Pandaboard ES2.1
 - New silicon 4460 es1.0 and es1.1

Besides fixing the support for Panda, it also brings support for the new 4460 silicon. The kernel also needs to be updated to bring the proper support for it, and ppisati is already on top of that.

GrueMaster, can you help us testing both packages to check if USB and PXE support is still working properly at your environment?

Was able to use PXE just fine on Panda.

Boot-tested the panda package (https://launchpad.net/~linaro-maintainers/+archive/staging-overlay/+files/u-boot-linaro-omap4-panda_2011.09%2B5359%2B35%2B201109290611~oneiric1_armel.deb) on 4430 ES2.2 and 4460 ES1.1.

Boot-tested on Panda 4430 ES2.0, ES2.1 and 4460 ES1.1. Also booted the beagle package at Beagle C4 and xM A2.

All working fine without any regression.
