It's not missing. This is by design so amd64 nspluginwrapper pulls in i386 nspluginviewer.

What exact error are you getting?

apt can't resolve the dependency to nspluginviewer

user@host:~$ sudo aptitude install nspluginwrapper
[sudo] password for user:
Die folgenden NEUEN Pakete werden zusätzlich installiert:
  nspluginwrapper{b}
Muss 116 kB an Archiven herunterladen.

1) nspluginwrapper [Nicht installiert]

You probably don't have multiarch enabled. If you upgraded to Oneiric early in the dev cycle, you need to manually perform the step described in this post:

That's worrying. Could you please attach /var/log/installer/syslog?

This bug was fixed in the package apt-setup - 1:0.49ubuntu8

---------------
apt-setup (1:0.49ubuntu8) oneiric; urgency=low

  * Make apt-setup-udeb Architecture: any so that we can use different
multiarch defaults on different architectures (LP: #853738).
