Bug Description

The xchat-gnome network manager plugin is supposed to disconnect and reconnect automatically when the network goes away, but if I suspend and resume my laptop, it doesn't reconnect.

This is because network-manager is sending two NM_STATE_DISCONNECTED events when suspending, and the plugin tries to save the list of network of channels twice. The second time though, it's saving an empty list.
