mobile broadband connection wizard intro page is broken and ugly

Bug Description

The intro page for the mobile wizard shows the page titles duplicated, as well as 6 buttons in total (including useless ones like "Go Back" or "Finish").

and that current version of Gnome seems to 3.5.90, should indicate that this patch can be removed now?
