Bug Description

There is a question in checkbox for the Ubuntu Friendly that is very important to calculate the rating that a system gets, and that is confusing the users.

Is your system a laptop (or netbook)?

The question is to reply Yes if the user is testing a portable, and No, if the user is testing a Desktop. So we hope to complement that question with the following explanation:

"Selecting yes here will allow us to run tests specific to portable computers that may not apply to desktops or servers"

I understand that this is critical for you guys to communicate clearly to the user and get sensible data, so +1 from translations.

Depending on the state of the translations imports queue in Launchpad, I'm not sure if there will be time to translate at all, but I guess in this case it's better to have an untranslated message than no message at all.

If you could squeeze this into the same upload as the other string freeze request, it would be great.
