It's a bit of a shock that the first boot goes straight into the debug output. Moreso because:
1. on windows 7 the boot manager is defaulted to boot straight to Ubuntu on the first boot so the user hasn't actually "selected" Ubuntu.
2. there is nothing like e.g. on the ISO install method you get a countdown offering to hit ESC for more options and then a quiet splash kernel load followed by the slideshow.
No, instead upon reboot you immediately get this flood of meaningless gobbledygook (not trying to be overly dramatic, but even after seeing it many times before it was a bit of a shock).
My recommendation: add 'quiet splash' to the boot options for the first load. Also, if possible an opportunity to 'hit ESC' to provide some kernel boot overrides.
I second the idea of tidying up the first boot if Wubi uses an Image - a screen full of lines of what is going on may be useful as a guide to what is going on, but it is in no way professional/

Perhaps bcbc set Ubuntu as the default OS in a previous install/test, and somehow even though Wubi deleted Ubuntu from Window's bootloader list, when a new Wubi installed, Ubuntu got put back wherever it was in the boot list? - Might be worth looking into.
