Bug Description

Add launcher configuration option to System Settings Appearance dialogue

Requested changes:

- Rename the title "Theme" at the bottom of the dialogue to "Desktop appearance"

- Add a option underneath the theme selector that says "Launcher visibility" followed by drop down selector with two options: "always visible" and "when cursor touches left edge of screen". The default option is "when cursor touches left edge of the screen"

FYI, there is a key to set if the unity profile is running. But first, we should see if we will be using the gconf or gsettings key for them.

what is to do:
- rename the capplet
- change the layout of the wallpapers previews
- change the number of columns in the wallpaper grid
- "launcher icon size"
- add a "behaviour" tab with autohidding and appmenu options

gnome-control-center (1:3.2.2-2ubuntu4) precise; urgency=low

  * 04_add_theme_selection.patch => 04_new_appearance_settings.patch:
    (background screen)
    - rename and add unity officials option to it. Note that those
      only appears if you are in an unity session. It impacts both
      unity-2d and unity-3d. unity-3d settings are taken if the options
      are different on first launch. All options for the settings aren't
      exposed. If the user specify something else in ccsm for instance,
      it will be preserved. (LP: #869080)
    - also add a "restore defauts" on the background screen to reset
      the user selection change to default.
