Bug Description
After upgrading to 11.10, the first time I ran evolution I was presented with a dialog telling me it was necessary to convert the local storage from mbox to maildir (I don't remember what it said exactly, but it was something like that). Upon hitting Ok, evolution started and most of the mail folders from my IMAP account were gone. Once I found Folder -> Subscriptions I noticed it'd just unsubscribed from a bunch of my folders. Ticking the checkboxes was all I had to do to get my mail back.
